Construction of a Center with Shelter Facilities
Given the ongoing threat of attacks and bombardments in border regions, the construction of bomb shelters is of paramount importance. Each day, these areas face the constant threat of shelling, rocket attacks, and drone strikes, endangering the lives of civilians and exacerbating the humanitarian crisis. By building shelters equipped to withstand such threats, we aim to provide a safe haven for individuals and families, offering them protection and peace of mind during times of uncertainty and danger.
Project Description:
Our project "Construction of a Center with Shelter Facilities" aims to establish a multifunctional facility that combines recreational amenities with protective infrastructure in the Odessa region, Ukraine.
The proposed center, located in the village of Dalnyk, Odessa district, will feature recreational spaces alongside shelter facilities designed to accommodate up to 150 individuals. The building will have a rectangular layout with dimensions of 45.4x10.2 meters. The basement level will house the shelter, providing a safe haven during emergencies, while the upper floors will include recreational areas, meeting rooms, and sanitary facilities.
The facility will be equipped with separate changing rooms for men and women, as well as universal restrooms for individuals with mobility challenges. To ensure accessibility, the shelter area will be equipped with a disabled lift.
The shelter facility will serve a dual purpose, functioning as a recreational venue during peacetime and transforming into an emergency shelter during crises. It will be capable of hosting cultural events, sports activities, and training sessions, providing a versatile space for community engagement and disaster preparedness

To implement the project, we have established a donation system for anyone wishing to help the affected. We offer various donation methods, including the use of cryptocurrency. One of our ideas is the "purchase of a brick of hope", which allows individuals to contribute by buying one or more bricks for the construction of this building. The initial cost of one brick is 20 euros.
